Suitable hotel with terrific staff and I loved very nice good location. The beach was beautiful. Pool was nice and there were a sauna and a hot tub.

Great value. Staff were exceptionally polite and location was absolutely fabulous. A tidy beach, worth every penny view. I found fresh fruit, bangers, bacon and yoghourt to be outstanding!

Welcoming people working here, family-friendly place. Booked a family room with a heating system, an iron and a study table. Located in a historic part of the town. The food was reasonably priced and brilliant.

One could dine at restaurants such as The Tullie Inn 5 minutes away. The hotel's position within just 1 km from balloch castle country park. It was definitely 3 stars for us.
